(it was this one)
However, given how powerful certain npcs can be with only regular abilities, I am worriedly looking forward to what sort of horrors will come from them using rare ones.
Watch as by the endgame your average mage NPC has 30 different spells, most of them being lost or ancient.
Lore issues? Pfff, the lore was never consistent to begin with!
