Other player’s quartermasters appear as “generic” versions of themselves. For example, Edward Kenton shows up as a “Retired Navy Officer” and has a few parts of his outfit randomized.
To build immersion, Unlocking a quartermaster then seeing another player with that same quartermaster makes the quartermaster feel a lot less special. Randomizing the quartermasters of other players makes each experience a little more personalized and immersive.
