When choosing what to set a topic on chrome book it wont shot you the full list of options.

I’m not having that issue, I don’t think it’s a thing just exclusive to chromebooks, more so the type of chromebook you’re using or even a problem with your chromebook in specific.
More of a screen size issue, i get it sometimes as well on my laptop (and not only on the forums)

solution: un fullscreen and change the dimensions
unless you are on the very old chromebooks that cant do that
