idk if this idea is any good but maybe the elementals could suffer from massively reduced stats (ex. movement speed, dexterity, damage, attack frequency) over time if the user doesnât hit an enemy for a bit, but then they gradually regain their stats when the user does land hits (perhaps based on the attackâs damage). that way, the elementals wonât be very effective if the user decides to play passively and would reward them for being more aggressive, and plus i dont think it would affect pve as much since itâs really easy to land hits on NPCs imo
