just nerf all the base stats, and then add scaling (with the stat efficiency decreasing with the amount of summons that spell is set to make)

idk if this idea is any good but maybe the elementals could suffer from massively reduced stats (ex. movement speed, dexterity, damage, attack frequency) over time if the user doesn’t hit an enemy for a bit, but then they gradually regain their stats when the user does land hits (perhaps based on the attack’s damage). that way, the elementals won’t be very effective if the user decides to play passively and would reward them for being more aggressive, and plus i dont think it would affect pve as much since it’s really easy to land hits on NPCs imo
