For example, if a light warlock with a corroding blood disease imbued their magic into a fighting style, let’s assume iron-leg for this hypothetical build, would the corroding effect proc itself through the imbuement? Or only from the magic itself, meaning only things like a light blast or javelin would proc corroding and the imbued style would still proc blinded.
my first idea was to get a freezing one with a wind paladin so you apply freeze, then wind makes it frozen, then the lightning imbue from the eagle’s patrimony clears the frozen for the big damage boost (probably the only case where you can actually clear the frozen status effect in time since it’d be instant)
gel status effect doesnt synergy in the first hit, you need to hit twice to do the synergy (its full synergy btw)
if you hit someone with corroding blood dissease, you are going to apply bleeding and corroding and blinded, then, if you hit your target again, you are going to clear bleed (cus corroding now clear bleeds) get +10% more damage cus ileg - corroding synergy, you are going to apply bleed again and blind and corroding again
NVM NOW WITH ACID NERF, ITS GOING TO CLEAR YOUR BLEEDING, THIS SUCKS LMAO, sorry you should go slowness gel instead ig
NVM AGAIN AAAAA, okay so THIS GAME IS TOTALLY STUPID AND LACK OF COMMON SENSE
if you use gel THE SYNERGY ONLY APPLIES AFTER THE SECOND HIT NOT MATTER WHAT, for example you can use tide gel (applies soaked) on fire magic and you can apply SOAKED AND BURNING AT THE SAME TIME, so basically this is going to work like how i said first, OMG VETEX WHERE IS THE IMMERSION
in less words you are going to apply bleeding, corroding, and blinded at the same time and get +10% more damage after each hit, but you need to be fast cus corroding gel tier 1 (aka, corroding blood disease, both work in the same way) only has 2 ticks
probably none of them tbh, with how synergy and imbuement damage is calculated you’ll likely only get 3-5% more damage with a blood disease despite it taking 30% of your base hp, even if you use a harming infused dagger (which will be forced to only be harming 1) it wont nearly be worth enough to consider using them.
either the dev team should lessen or remove the base hp nerf altogether or they need to buff the actual effects of the dagger
