I think that quests with time limit would be great. Something like defeating some bandits before they raid some place (hero), or something like freeing some bandit/dark wizard/pirate from prison (villain). In my opinion, the time limit itself would be great, but idk what would be the best type of quests to add it in. Also, these should give more money and exp, because if you fail them you get nothing.
