Ravenna doesnt care

What were you doing before bug occurred: Progressing through story, i had gotten to the escape to wind row island part, the ravenna ketches just didnt chase me. no aggro, nothing

Steps to reproduce: Literally nothing, just that part of the story is bugged, so get to there i guess

F9 Logs ( press f9 to view them in-game): checked, nothing there
