well you need to know that someone is 100% completely guilty first, which often takes a long time, lots of paperwork and that all costs a lot of money
otherwise you might’ve just killed an innocent person by accident, which would not be good at all

for the prison, the expenses would not be that high because upkeep has to be done anyway even if they aren’t there. as for food, it’s not the highest quality I’d imagine and they probably make more than they need anyway. oh and maybe they also have certain projects that might generate a bit of money which would make it even cheaper
and if they happen to be innocent and wrongly locked up, you can just let them go
you can’t bring someone back to life

I never said anything about doing this to anyone that’s any less than 100% guilty.
If they’re 100% guilty beyond a shadow of a doubt (the whole point of the legal system) then what’s the point of locking them up forever when you could… ya know… not.

the legal system still sometimes convicts innocent people.
also wouldn’t just dying be the easy way out? why shouldn’t you face the consequences of your actions for the rest of your life?

unfortunately that is true and the legal system does occasionally fail, and that’s why we absolutely do need some failsafes.

however:
dying is the consequence of the action.
whatever you believe happens after that point? irrelevant, they ain’t our problem anymore atleast.

from my understanding most of our taxes go to three big things

  1. Paying off the interest on our ridiculous debt
  2. Defense
  3. Health and Human Services (there’s so much fraud here we could save billions by weeding it out)

I’m concerned about introducing brutal punishments for sexual offenders mainly because, as much as it sucks, I think in the end they still have to be seen a humans. Disgusting, shitty, degenerate humans, but still humans.
Otherwise it’s a matter of time when a same or even similar reasoning is used to target a minority.

Additionally, if 1 out of every 1000 people put to death is innocent, those statistics sound great until that 1 person is close to home.

Protecting kids is not the bitch part.

The bitch part is blanket accusing furries as pedos. Why would we trust him or ro-cleaner when there’s a bias within his views that’ll target the wrong people within his system?

Why should we trust him over someone like schlep who actually seems to be doing his job correctly?

This is a trend I notice with predator hunters who want to make a spectacle instead of obtaining justice. Wouldn’t be surprised if he’s doing it for the clout of being seen in the public eye as a good person/savior like all the others.

But I don’t expect you to understand why this is bad, considering other things you believe…
