I’m voting no on this. Removing Bleed leads to most magics’ status effects paralyzed; rendering them more similar to each other, thus making both gameplay and PvP more dull.

Eh that’s fair enough, I probably wouldn’t have wanted to play a game with that much blood when I was younger (especially not considering what’s coming in AO, it’s a bit gore)
There will be a feature sometime in the future that will remove most violent and bloody effects, thus making this post irrelevant.
