What’s the point of that anyway? The rites seem pretty finished and they have a spell/technique/skill counterpart so what’s the point in not letting us use it?

I’m pretty sure it’s because Spirit uses a different formula from Weapons, it helps with things like the existence of Patrimony Ults, and the lack of Spirit possessing a Quality to guide things. Like Spirit doesn’t even change its rite price based on position; nor does its ultimate rites follow any unique formula aside from “Second Unique Rite’s cost”.
And then Vetex boosted the cost of Aithraki and Flogyanmai to be at 380 for some reason… despite these being completed skills.
the spirit summon is the main reason i wanted to go Oracle on 1 file but it is gatekept for some reason even though there was a showcase for the orb at a lower level than the surrent max
what is vetex thinking? Oracle can barely get 1 full set of abilities without having any alternatives that give a complete move set
