which one should i use based on the most recent info ? most of the guides i found are outdated

Ensnaring Bronze Rod is my personal pick, it catches fish and items the fastest and is the most reliable way to farm for sunken pity (every 3k fish) and legendary fish (1/900).
If you don’t get two sunkens in one day like me , you’d have to fish for a total of at least 12 hours to reach sunken pity.
It’s either that or 300k in the marketplace.

thought so too. but the outdated video on the wiki claimed the collector rod with magnetic had better odds so i was conflicted on it. ty for the info

oh yeah in addition, if you were to go for a magnetic/treasurer collectors rod, it would take DOUBLE the time to fish something up, while also requiring more time to get sunken pity.

collectors rods are too slow. its better to spin the slot machine as fast as possible for more chances

lucky wooden rod

i will slap u with a wooden rod :fr:

I shit myself

toughened fishmongers

what you use is toughened fishmonger for the STONKS

wait farman already said that SHIT

isnt diving for sunkens much better? if youre gonna fish then at least make sure its a good rod to get a ton of fish on the way, so ensnaring bronze

never tried it, but diving for sunkens sounds horrendous. might as well use chest routes to “farm” acrimonies.

i despise diving so i am going for the 2nd best option

mainly because in abyss spots, I believe sunkens have a 1/1500 for each chest instead of 1/3000 by normal fishing, although fishing for each “roll” is faster

and requires way less effort. i can just fish while watching youtube videos in peace instead of having to deal with little martin attempting to chomp at my cheeks

i mean yeah people need to stop having concepts like abyss diving for sunkens popularised to the point of being actual “advice”. Abyss spots are too dark especially at night to the point you NEED either revealing pots or higher contrast enabled and even then, traversing would mostly come down to memory. Even then, there’s only around 20 chests at most since there are more sealeds for only a handful of spots that regenerate every 20 minutes. And don’t forget the giant sharks too
