Survey about healing potions

This is just a small survey, because I want to know how exactly community sees healing potions should work.

  • Healing potions restore % of max health (probably how it works now and takes almost no skill)
  • Healing potions restore % of your MISSING health, but percentage is significantly increased. (Takes more skill to use in fight, since the less health you have the more it is restores, more chances to be punished).

i’ve never seen a game base it off your missing health, it’s always either a set value or a percent of max health

Would be also cool if you explain your choice. But you can leave it without explanation, since survey is anonymous.

Derelict. (Dark Souls on roblox). Not sure about potions, but holy spells there restore percentage of missing health.

And it works, you have to search for a moment to use it and risk being killed at low hp.

gameplay wise i don’t really think there’s much of a difference between the two, since either way it’s more efficient to use it at low health

Uh, second one is useless when you use it at mid hp and higher and you won’t be able to restore to full health in battle using it. It makes pvp fights a bit more fair, atleast I think so.

please not % of missing health. The health regen change already turned AO into a no hit we do not need this too

This is just a survey, I wasn’t even planning to suggest it or smth. Just wanted to see AO’s community opinion on such variant of this mechanic.
