I don’t think this is exactly a shop. As with all you have, you can probably only get an Oathkeeper. Probably clean. But only one.
Or you could get a Vastira or two. Maybe a Strong Vastira. Or maybe two Hard Vastiras (Hard Vastiras are a good alternative shield than a WoJ).
Their offer is berally worth a boss weapon imo.
