Sorry but most people here don’t care for crowns or common items (apart from wizard gear) since they don’t have much value you would be better trying to do this trade in game since not many people would log on for this trade
Find a tailor, they usually sell maid skirts. A common NPC too that spawns in most towns, so not hard to find. If they don’t think another one probably will. You can get 10 maid skirts of any color you want.

get arrested over and over again to gain rep, all you need is Villain in order to socialize with NPCs.

find a wanted tailor, a bit more rare but not an impossible find by any means
