This is very large overpay.
A strong sunken sword is EXTREMELY valuable. Its WAY over the value of a clean sunken chest and pants.
I recommend shifting your trade deal here to something you can gain more out of. Maybe add 1-2 clean sunkens?

yea they are. imo hard sunken chestplate and boots overpay
