I’m sorry but sunken gear will cap at level 100 and be useless. Headless head will forever be a good trading item and grow in worth. So this is a horrible trade unless you don’t care about seasonals.

Imagine what you could get if you kept your headless head and traded is for a few lost spell scrolls.
