Does anyone know all the possible locations that a villainous mini-boss could spawn?
They spawn in the location where the bandit camps and Magic Council normally are. I also see the hero variation more than I see the villain.
In short, random spawns around the map

They randomly generate throughout the map
I made a video about this. If you skip to 20 seconds, you can see all the spawns for miniboss places.
