Warren is Inferno curse user, Real Evidences

Vetex Forgot#94

It’s not that they have 0 magic energy, it’s that the magic energy is now just too big to absorb in one go. This also happened in the theos fight
That’s my interpretation at least.

but yeah, that second part is also true

“As if he were dead” is an important part, you don’t need to be magicless and have curse for your magic energy to unsensable. You just need a curse

i feel like at first Vetex wants to make curse users the actual element, one with nature and all that before changing it to pure magic neergy being and then just forgot to change this

but he was also never able to use magic in the first place
and we know that curse users do have magic energy, since they can still use magic, but it’s just a lot more difficult and sometimes dangerous to do so

It doesn’t matter that he had “no magic” before gaining his curse, this “unsensability” trait would be applicable to all curse users because magic energy is essential to life. Also, reading the statement carefully, it only says “seemingly”. Durza is unable to distinguish between the man’s magic energy because its fused to his very being.

then he’d still be able to drain it though
but the text specifically said that he had to drain his physical energy

No not really
Remember theos? Same situation, it didn’t work. The energy was too immense

Even if you discount that, it’s still not a necessity for curse users to be magicless before acquiring their curses because they would still have magic energy beforehand, meaning this is a curse user trait

iirc i saw somewhere that vetex said the absorption curse works on anyone when the user physically touches them and that theos was just too agile to be pinned down by durza

i could be hallucinating though

Probably hallucinating
“As if by instinct, he held up his right arm and pointed it towards the bandit…” no physical touch, he waved his hands
“The dark wizard tries to absorb his magic energy, but it doesn’t work”
Both from official lore doc, so durza just points at people and takes their powers

Actually, I think the dark material on his spear might actually be a hint to his Darkness Curse Inheritance.

I always thought the spear’s texture was rather… odd. Like, people memed it being some kind of tier 0 spear due to its dark texture lmao. Older than Old Spear basically

But tbh, I doubt Neviro would really use such an old spear and stuff, especially to battle. Yet it has some dark texture on it for some reason. Learning he has the Darkness Curse Inheritance, its possible that he actually subconsciously used the Curse Inheritance on it from training, and its traces still lingers on it.

No, you’re not. I remember that message too somewhere… I just need to remember where lol

What if the spear was Kessler’s spear? His spear would be both old as hell and probably perma-imbued with Kessler’s darkness curse.

Hmm… but would Neviro take his family’s most important artifact when he snuck out? I dont think he would do that, considering he still cares abt them.

:face_holding_back_tears: i swear half of these mfs are gaslighting with eye colors LOL

isn’t winterveil dead

that was pretty much unique to phoenix magic, given that it manifests in wings. pre-wom you cant fly without a curse or phoenix magic and as far as i know theos is the only known user of it, even though its just a fire mutation

Yeah, but his family is still alive, and he wouldnt really steal his family’s most important thing.

Now that you mentioned it though, I dont think the family would even have the spear at all since Kessler likely took it with him to battle Nero that day, and he was defeated.

closer look, thats definitely inferno
