Was there ever a White Eye's Head Accessory?

Ok so I remember seeing an in-game accessory that looked like White Eyes (not the egg), and when equipped it sat on top of the players head. Is that still obtainable and if it is how do you get it, or is it able to be traded for?

I remember it too. It’s an admin exclusive item I think. I wrote a wiki page that included it.
