Currently Water poisoning is a very annoying feature in Dark sea that happens without warning so adding a meter will help you know when it is gonna happen

Add a meter to Water Poisioning
Meter fills up when in contact with Dark Seawater and going outside in insanity 1 ranges. At 100% meter it will inflict Water Poisoning
Washing yourself will reset Water Poisoning to 0
Meter will only appear in insanity 1+ ranges of Dark Sea
When at 90% Water Poisoning there will be a warning saying that your Water Poisoning is high and that you should clean yourself
the most clear, best addition to arcane odyssey, a fancy bar which tells the player exactly how their percentage is, maybe even with a info button which shows how it works nearby, which only appears after you enter insanity layer 1
hidden mechanic which you will never see or be able to understand if you dont keep up with the trello notes, only being suggested by “you feel intoxicated” being said in the same space as the insanity text with the same font
A good way of keeping the danger that water poisoning provides while also making it not annoying to deal with when you get it randomly when on low health.
