a while ago he’d been active in fragments being active only once every few weeks but now it seems like hes just gone

i mean i barely hear any tester talk about it since i dont think they really block often at all (and they prefer to use other weapons), and while i do have one equipped 24/7, i never use it either because its skills are too high level for me, pirates gank me and i dont do pvp

…but basically you wont even have enough points to use two weapon skills on those good quality weapons between level 50-100 as an hybrid weapon build if the max level of the revamp is indeed 120
i think the sunken sword has the same requirements for skills as good quality weapons? kinda has to otherwise nobody would be able to use it
you aren’t really weaker by using old weapons tho, but i believe the skills are a bit smaller

Yeah, that along with usage of different kinds of steel for different parts of the blade make Katanas pretty good at what they’re made to do.

Like I said it’s good at what it does, there is no such thing as a “best sword” the katanas curved single edged blade makes it great with the cut, but much less effective with the thrust. It depends wholly on who you’re fighting, what they’re using, and their skill level matched with yours.
Also the light weight of katanas are drastically over sensationalized they generally weigh around the same as a stereotypically western long sword (that being between 1 and 2 lbs .5 .9 kg)

I thought that our stats went up by themselves too and we got like extra point to spend. Like we got level 100 so we got 100 points in everything and extra points to spend.
I just find it cool, katanas are very overused in games.
That’s true, it just reminds me of the magic katana from AA though.
