basically Deepwoken insanity but it is like you are ripping out your skin and flesh while cutting up your blood stream and nothing else (cause it sounds like rapid bleeding) and tripping into the 7th dimension

warding doesnt actually help at all against insanity 5
it only helps manage insanity 4 and lower (to the point you can actually survive insanity 4)

wait so how are we supposed to use Ancient Magics if Warding does nothing much against Insanity?

I am pretty sure not all Ancient Magics will give insanity; also Warding helps delay the effects of every level besides max insanity, since max insanity is meant to be avoided at all costs
