In the trello, there is this assassinate ability?
Is it the execution thing from poise break? Or is it an entirely different skill?

if you hit someone who’s bounty poster you have in your inventory, and neither of you are in combat, and it was a fully-charged skill, you instantly kill them and claim their bounty rewards.
Then why can it be used against bosses and mini bosses?
same effect applies if that npc is related to a quest you currently have

stealth talent skill, stealth talent was originally named “assassin” but vetex prob changed it so that it doesnt overlap with the assassin’s syndicate
either way you learn the talent from a retired assassin and talents can have active abilities and also their own tools which come from the talent so its likely from that too (this is based of reading the patchnotes)
If I were to place my bet, it’s a unique ability that deals high damage (perhaps even a set percentage of an enemy’s health) but requires neither target to be in combat. Perhaps it has a very limited range as well, so you can’t snipe with it (though it would be funny if you could).
Could be a first-strike capability or something, given that it can work on bosses, probably regardless of aggro.

imagine its like karate style where it just fucking paralyzes you lamo
it is an ability to throw any weapons you got on your hand and insta kill anything even players and bosses if they turn their back/not aggroed on you yet. If you got no weapon in ur slot u just pick up a rock on the ground or something idk just trust me on this one
