I am the same way, except for the speaking part. When I write on a paper, I usually plan out everything and then start, but when I’m typing, I delete, rewrite and rearrange. It takes a lot of time either way

It is painful for me when speaking. I am constantly restructuring and wording my sentences. Basic straightened me out quite a bit and if I clearly know what I want to say it’s fine but if I got some doubt I fumble. Absolute shit show 9/10 of the time lol.
