What variation of light blinds more (moon-light or sunshine)
I mean they both blind equally but I guess sunlight variation since it’s closer to the color white
as for the amount of blinding they blind the same amount but since they have 2 color variations one can make it harder to see than the other

If you ever get in a situation where you would think “dang I would have done better if I had Sunlight” then you are literally fighting a perfect clone of yourself with the same magic with the same brain down to the last atom, and the genuine only difference in that fight would be variant and who was able to cause 3% more blind.
But if it really matters that much then just go Sunlight.
