When using a spell when surrendering, you won't spawn in a jailcell

I was being a bad rep before doing the bug.

To reproduce: Use a spell whilst surrending and you will not go to a MC camp but instead stay at your current position with cuffs.

This bug can be abused by players. If you need more proof of this bug, I’ll replicate it again.
