I don’t know about you, but I spend most of my time around man-made stuff.
Tiled hexagons are awful. With square tiles, you can just have 4 walls and every tile lines up well enough. With hexagons, you’ll either need hundreds of tiny walls or you need every single tile to be cut off. Not to mention, navigation would be much more difficult in a hexagon-based city.
In conclusion, all hexagon fans should
