Why cant I upgrade my jewels?

Im jewelcrafting level 4, am I missing something? Nobody seems to have an answer, is this a bug?

Yeah it’s currently bugged and for some reason jewels don’t show up

on a similar note, does upgrading gems give Jewelcrafting XP?

okay thank goodness it’s a bug. I was very worried

if no one is able to upgrade jewels than i don’t think anyone can really test to find out

I think before full release it didn’t but idk if it would now
