If you consider the measure for a guilds prominence in which being infamy. It would make sense for top guilds to be received as negative as they are infamous rather than famous.

Eclipse: PVPers and the main force of infamy gaming, extremely skilled and 90% of why people hate SunCry
Equinox: The Navy of SunCry, also collect information, data, kinda just misc. Also some of them do infamy gaining, but not extreme. They’re fine.
Solstice: Farmers and Traders of SunCry, control the SunCry bank and are the main source of everything related to trade.
