If you pay attention, you’ll notice that when a high-level NPC charges their magic, it consolidates and moves inward to them. However, when we charge our magic, it spreads out instead. Maybe they’re just stronk? Or is it like some part of a spell that we don’t have access to?
It’s probably just a charge up for flight/levitation spell, tbh
