Will there be a NPC who gives quests for the storyline just like Theos?

There are some story quests planned down the road but I doubt they’ll be added for a while.

The first mention of storyline quests is with the 2nd magic update which i think is the one right after the guild one so not super far away

I forgot where I saw this, but there will be a storyline that starts at around level 60
