so i got that windrow island cutscene softlock i gave up for a bit but someone i knew said that if i wait 3 seconds after every dialouge option it will be fixed. I tried it and it worked. so anyone experiencing this soft lock can use this and advice while you do this wait 3 sec for EVERY dialouge option if you dont it will not work.
