Add airships similar to the sky ships in AO rn, they would he fueled by something else though, he able to be used in transport everywhere no matter what and also stuff like fully customizable ships similar to aos ship customization. Basically just AO ships but flying and 3d combat, or maybe just airships. Of course stuff like fstyles, weapons skills. More bosses, different immersion things, possibly a system for bad guys to capture good reps(hostages) or smth. Also stuff like evil towns that you can only find if you’re tyrant or below
