I noticed that the dove has an olive branch in its mouth, which is a symbol of peace and hope. That probably also means that the eagle is the opposite, a symbol of war with its claws extended, and this is just an assumption, but it looks like the eagle is trying to snatch away the dove, which is peace. I take that to mean the eagle(war) is trying to take away the dove(peace). This also leads me to believe that we will be the deciding factor in some kind of war between two sides.

If you read this it is very closely related to the lore such as the part with prometheus and tartarus which I think will play a role in this riddle
It is also said the caucasian eagle carries the thunderbolts of zeus so that’s probably where the lightning is from
I highly doubt that we’ll be visiting Tartarus, as that requires a whole journey into the Underworld which has never been mentioned.
Can you read my statement again or are you under the influence of alcohol? I’ve never said we’ll be visiting tartarus, I’m speculating that tartarus will play a role in this riddle.
