You all asked for another...here you go, Arcane Odyssey Riddle pt. 2

Imagine making an algorithm to find the teory that only 2% suggested

i was close with my estimation :slightly_smiling_face:

Just going to break down every single part of this riddle and then compare to the docs.

Precisely

So maybe if we do a process of elimination of every comment that isn’t lore related, then we determine which users are trolling or have non-lore related replies, then we try and match up which comments are similar to others, then we take away lore theory related comments that make no sense, then we may have a chance at finding out whose right

Good luck doing that with nearly 1k replies

They’re unlikely to ever appear again though, since they’re an undetermined character. Vetex said that whenever you play AA, your character was was supposed to be the Peackeeper, and everyone else is just some random pirate, making the Peacekeepers pretty questionable in terms of identity

Alright, so I want to take a different approach.
Lets say that the background refers to the quote to the said side. On the left side we got the sun, the air/atmosphere and the ocean. These 3 are fundamental for survival on earth. Not only are they so importand, they also are gigantic! Despite their size, we still can do whatever we want. So, we now can assume that the background shares a similar meaning to the quote. But how does it relate to the Peacekeeper?
Well, the Peacekeeper saves the world multiple times (from Durza and later on Hades). And what has humanity done to honour him? Nothing, the Peacekeeper has such a major role and yet, in the age of peace he started to turn into a rumour as one of the side effects of becoming one of the 11 unknowns. (About this part… uhh… im not sure if the final sentence about becoming a rumour is true, and i only realised that as im about to discontinue this whole essay. So i actually dont really feel like searching it up)
Now its time to look to the right side. “Let your plans be dark and impenetrable as night, and when you move, fall like a thunderbolt.” And on the background we see clouds as dark and impenetrable as night, with lightning striking from the clouds. Which still is somewhat vague.
But theres still hope! We gotta remember that the left side mostly stays at the same theme. In this case its peace, and the right side clearly has war as theme. And in the war history there is something that really looks like Sun Tzu’s quote.
The Blitzkrieg! Literally translated as ‘lightningwar’. A military manuever which is a surprise attack using a rapid, overwhelming force. Something that really fits well to a conqueror. To conquer, it’s to overcome an enemy, an army, to gain control over something by force or war, to win. Which could be achieved with manouvre’s similar to the Blitzkrieg.
Now the question is, who does the bald eagle represent? Well, that is somewhat obvious. It is someone who had alot of experience with war, has the spirit of a leader, and is known as a conqueror.
And that conqueror is none other than John Thorne, The Conqueror. I’d say that this perfectly fits. I don’t really see anything that screams “This is not John Thorne.”
Now should be the part where I compare both sides and look at the reasoning behind the Peacekeeper and John Thorne being in this ‘riddle’.
Then theres the anticlimax, I don’t feel like it. While i do want to complete it, I’ll just finish it another time. So:
:upside_down_face:
To be continued…

Sorry if it’s long, I copied and pasted it from my notes. I haven’t done 699-1 yet so these are just the possibly right replies from 700 to now. I also stopped only at where tech said the 2% thing and did not include any other replies like the reply before me

uuhhh, i don’t think finding that 2% will be of any use.

First of all, just like Nekolium said, only 2% of the people here got it partiallt right. So even if you managed to find the right theory, you wont be able to know what part is right and what is wrong.
Secondly, there was nothing specified. What if tech meant “Only 2% is using the right way of analysing.” Then you’d be searching completely for the wrong thing. Or maybe tech was talking about someone on discord, then you’d have to look into his DM’s(hackerboi) or read those thousands of messages a day on vetex’s discord.

You’ve forgotten one thing… I have no life!

Alright, so I found this:

Which is basicly tech confirming that the quotes are based on one’s motivation.
Then, after forgetting the riddle I was thinking about how perfect Theos’ magic and title fits in the AA story. As he dies, his motivation rises from the ash. And this ash is the AA player…

An empty husk, that ‘Revives’ theos by inheriting his will (honestly not trying to refer to the other riddle). And thus, Theos, the Rising Phoenix lives on. Even after his death

And it was at this moment where I was like “wait a second… the Rising pheonix…” Theres a sun rising in the background, so i thought that it might be related to Theos, having sun magic, our last moment in AA being at sunrise ravine and also having the word ‘Rising’ in his title.
