I recommend practicing and studying on pictures of real human figures (if you don’t mind the nude) as you can see how muscles form and deform at poses and such.

You can use simple shadows to depict form rather than studying every single detail of a real human body

Really appreciate the feedback guys although every time I try to do digital art I usually quit working on the drawing after fucking up the line art
