kill 7 billion people
Yes, if it means we get to call Silas a fraud, then so be it.
They’ve just said that we won’t be stronger than them, it could still mean that if we got in a battle at lv 600, Wotan will just be left with 1 hp and no stamina after we’re dead. I don’t think we can be that far behind him in power at max.
No, I really do not believe that’d be the case, it’d make no sense to make it a difference of 0.1% power, Vetex/Techlevel80’s writing may be bad at times, but it isn’t STUPID in that sense.
The sheer fact that Wotan with the Wood Curse is on basically equal footing to Warren with the Inferno Grand Fire Curse should say that he’s far stronger than us.
We are the chosen one, but we aren’t the strongest one.
Oh well,
he should still lick the dust off my boots after i’m done saving The World™.
(I wonder if anyone even knows of the prophecy or not? It would be funny to taunt people way above our level and get away with it because they’d doom themselves if they tried to kill us)
if it’s prophesised for us to save the world, is it physically impossible for us to die, or would a chain of events lead to another person becoming said chosen one if we do?
it would basically mean we’re not meant to die in the events of the universe or some shit, at least until the prophecy has been resolved, THEN we can go fuck off and die.
prophesies are stupid as fuck
make the MC have a real chance of dying, I hate unkillable characters.
We get beaten to a bloody pulp every other fight with just enough energy left after we’re done to run off to safety, how are we supposed to put our lives in even more danger?
It’s convenient they come back to full health within a short amount of time by themselves at every story injury, there is no danger, it’s just lore immersion to make Silas feel not all powerful and hence can use the bullshit prophecy as a way to justify it.
The near-death is an over exaggeration, we’re beaten up pretty badly, but near death is a bit much.
Julian put us a mere step away from death. We can be threatened.
That’s… Julian
A curse user.
It’s common sense to believe he’s a tad bit stronger than virtually anything we’ve fought and he caught us off guard.
imo the only reason we survive julian is bc of the prophecy
silas is prob more if a fraud than you think
not morden levels though
Prophecies are hard to pull off as a good plot tool in general, not much hope for vetex.
Even surprises he ain’t good at, Julian attacking us wasn’t even a spook, he literally said dialog before we even saw him, even our character faced his direction.
Actually yeah what am I saying, Silas wasn’t taken off-guard by Julian, Silas is just a fucking bum who got one-shotted.
When he was basically on his lasts legs kinda. He was beaten up beforehand
Still an excuse, we were FUMBLED by Julian from one attack, it doesn’t matter if we were beaten up, one attack is simply too bum-like.
yeah silas shouldve wiped off the sweat from his forehead and waved his hand across julian’s direction sending out magic imbued sweatdrops at 300000000000 m/ph killing the curse user instantly while simultaneously destroying rasna
and then he shouldve also burped at the direction of rubica killing everyone there by creating a shockwave including calvus
W silas
