Okay the Shadow Magic thing to me is stupid. I feel like it should just be Shadows.
Also if it’s evil energy, then how the hell are Shadow wielding mages still fully capable of being good people in game? That’s just stupid, he should just make it be just shadows.
i agree that shadow is evil energy is lame but them being actual shadow wouldnt make muvh sense either ( at least for a base magic )
shadow is the absence of light, not a physical thing, i rather its some sort of dark ( as in dark color ) energy instead of being straight up evil
or kaybe some form of black poison gas, since one of shadows mutatiom ứa literlaly poison

yeah maybe, might be too OP for a base magic tho
perhaps, though it being controlling shadows could work if it’s like how Gecko Moria does it. Perhaps hitting shots could affect the opponent’s body after a while by changing their shadow, making it harder for them to avoid getting hit over time if they’re really careless
