Using Reality Overwrite, Heaven Ascended DIO can do fuck all anything at will.
Want to fucking demolish everything in a 1K Mile Radius? No problem. With the only limit to the power being that it requires close range to use. It also negates pretty much ANY defense, no matter how busted. (E.G: Just kinda shrugging off Tusk ACT 4 and Gold Experience Requiem in JJBA EOH.) Couple that with the ability to resurrect the dead and make them to their bidding without question, and suddenly, after every single near effortless kill, another ally becomes converted to the opposite side. Also, TWOH has no stated limit to its TS. So good luck surviving like 5 minutes worth of stopped time.
This, coupled with the fact that you put EOH Final Battle Jotaro into the mix, and suddenly, we have 2 absurdly powerful killing machines that can also raise the dead.
Sheesh, even when the MCU has people who can destroy planets and entire universes, they are NOTHING against people like Light who can kill anybody within a few seconds, Saitama who literally stopped a planet destroying meteor in a single punch or Giorno who can nullify anything and put you in an INFINITE death loop
that depends on what you define as “anime”. I could just make a guy called boom boom who no one can beat, and it would be called anime. for marvel i cant add to there universe without actually being approved.

Being a hater of anime and weebs, I decide to stumble into this thread with my fate already predicted.
You’re missing a ton of significant characters from the MCU, including Captain Marvel, Captain America, Iron Man, Spiderman, Black Panther, Hawkeye, Black Widow, Dr. Strange and many others.
Probably the biggest weapon the MCU has is the Infinity Stones + Gauntlet. If you don’t know what they do already, wielding all 6 of them grants the user unlimited power, which means they can bypass everything in existence, no matter the conditions nor difficulties.
In my opinion you need to do more research regarding both sides because right now you’re putting the MCU at a horrific disadvantage, both in quantity and in quality.
But in the end, I guess the MCU is gonna have to admit defeat. As much as I love Marvel and as much as I hate anime, I still need to be unbiased.

and well… im not expecting anyone to read every single marvel comic, nor watch every anime so who knows? maybe theres some insane god/demon/lord ruler/ type 4 bio chromatic entity/ noob/ idk ok hiding in that LAST episode of some obscure comic/anime.

keep in mind im not avid reader/watcher of anime or marvel, i prefer books but i think the marvel multiverse is more powerful.
I dont have any comics on me, so I cant do that right now. some powerful comic book people are beyonder, bob (forget the first name) richards, and enternity.
This whole “strongest” thing makes no sense, to some people a person that can give you “true love” would be the best, while for others someone who could instantly kill anybody from any distance would be the best. a fight between them would probably play out like this:
random anime char 1,: "hey you marvel people are stupid, (gets OP spell/deathnote/idk and just booms them)
marvel guy: uses time manipulation FOOL the person you just killed has RETURNED from the dead
more anime people: lol noob you cant do that we just used the scroll of doom forged in the dragons nest that only a hero with a heart of gold corrupted can get so you dead ez lol
more marvel people: bruh not this again. gos to other universe and gets reality manipulating thing reality manipulator manipulates reality so the anime people never came.
