I just put a heavy object on my spacebar then leave
roblox marks AFK based on lack of changed inputs
although i could leave a AutoClicker to just constantly equip and dis equip items from my invntory
also i just noticed this game does have a anti-afk feature

the people with 7000 hunger in question
most i have been able to get is 418
then again i also have not abused pies yet
just place all the meals on the ground and you can continuously eat from them.
