the word patrimony also means heirloom so essentially this was passed down to us suggesting we may come from a lineage of gods but that doesnt mean we were directly born from one as zeus was killed like 2000 fucking years ago and he was only revived by acheron to be used as a puppet for killing the peacekeeper
Can’t we imbue just spirit energy, we don’t need a spirit weapon to do that. Like you can imbue spirit energy to a magic or spirit weapon. Which is conducting spirit energy without a spirit weapon. Which is only possible for people with divine roots or the divine.

what descendants of gods can uniquely do is control spirit energy without the use of a spirit weapon, such as when the mc uses ekrix or does a default spirit energy imbue
pretty sure calvus says the player has special blood and poseidon calls the player a “legacy” which techlevel80 has used several times in reference to a descendant of a god

If you know the one trick where you use alt to T-jump your way up tall walls, it’s much easier to climb the stepstones from the back as you can continue to do it along flat walls rather than dealing with a staircase.
