Btw with weapon ults being just +70 now it means warlord can get an ultimate art at lv 115wep/str
Welp, we can’t be sure for a fact. The weapon would have to be a good quality lvl 50 weapon, which we’re not sure we can get. Depends how reforging to strength works
you can calculate strength weapon by just running normal formula and dividing result by 2
thats the point, savants can get ults next update
if level is 181+ yeah, cause i was informed that savant cant go 50% of their points, only 50% - 1
