I’m about to remake all AO magic visuals for vfx practice and maybe put it in suggestions, what should I prioritize? (gravity and fire look good and were recently made so I won’t remake those)
someone please tell me what to rename this
Ash and Crystal both look bad, plus they encompass both different ends of the system; fully-particles and solid with particles.
plasma looks horrible

He’s right though, its visuals are worse than shadows with the only remedy being its cool colors. It’s just as outdated as well, compare it to the new spirit visuals and there’s a clear difference.
I love the magic but it could be so much better if the visuals were changed.
GAUH, I can’t believe it, people think Plasma looks bad?

as someone with a plasma mage the plasma vfx do Not look bad …
well not that bad i do like them a bit which is why i chose it but compare it to something cool like water and wind and it needs an UPGRADE we plasma users need to be AWESOME
