Three more chapters remain until Book 1 ends! 
As I prepare to plan out Book 2, here’s an image of the names of the final 3 chapters. I also changed the name of the prologue.
I promise that Book 2 will be unique and better than the first one with a special something planned.
The prologue has officially hit 100 views! Thanks to all of you for checking out where it all began, even if you didn’t read the rest of the book.

A note from Chapter I:
So some people suggested that instead of having each chapter of my adaptation be a separate post, I make each book a thread so they don’t clutter the forum as much. And to be honest, I see where they’re coming from. But I have my reservations.
There are some other things but those are the main points. But what do you guys think? This poll may not affect anything, but it would be nice to see your opinions. And feel free to ask any questions.
Something you could try is releasing future chapters in batches somewhat spread out in time. So for example instead of releasing everything that you’ve written all at once, you could maybe just release 3 chapters every few days. It would hopefully slow down the cluttering of the forums and it could also give you a backlog of chapters in case you hit writers block or something. It also gives readers more time to read/digest/catch up to the chapters.
Another thing you could try is combine the batch of chapters into one thread. Going with my previous example, rather than putting out 3 separate threads for each chapter, you publish 1 thread with all 3 chapters. While it does have some of the issues you listed with doing 1 thread for all chapters, it’s a lot less severe since it’ll just be a few chapters for 1 thread instead of every chapter in 1 thread

I have officially made a google doc containing all of book 1. You can read and comment on it. I am also planning on revamping the Overview and planning some other things. I am still working on the series, but now on a separate and private google doc. I will still post on here. I am also planning a few changes that I will list out at a later date/announcement.

Starting today, I have implemented my plans and changes (wow that sounds weird considering that this is a writing project) into my work on the series. Here’s what has happened and what is planned.
I have remade the overview to be better organized (and to look better imo). I have added details to some of the character bios and changed the titles of books 4,5, and 6 to better fit their planned plots.
With full release coming up (and with it the likely revival of the forums) and some people voicing concerns over formatting and “cluttering up the forums” (I’m basically the only one who posts in the writing category), I have decided to do a release schedule instead of posting chapters the moment I’m done. I am currently creating a backlog of chapters on a google doc so I can have some room to work with. So while I am still writing, I won’t post until I have a sizeable backlog of chapters (I have a backlog of 2 right now). When I start posting again, I’ll list out the specifics of it but for now, be patient.
I have now created a google doc that contains all of Book 1 and put a link to it in the overview (and in the post above). Comments are allowed and appreciated, especially tips and advice. Google docs are planned for each book, and when I finish the series, I’ll make one with all of the books.
If you haven’t noticed (or did), I have removed the character intro stories. Note that there will be a ton of yapping but I want to explain why I did it.
The original purpose of the Character Intro Stories was to introduce y’all to the future protagonists early on so you could have hints at future settings and stuff as well as get a look at how their perspectives would go. Also it was during a time where I was feeling unmotivated to write due to low view counts so in my head it was a way to increase reader engagement. Well, I posted them, but they were put in the back of my head while I focused on finishing book 1. It was in the middle of writing the first chapter from Selene’s perspective that something felt off.
It actually started when I realized that, well, something didn’t make sense (hint: It had something to do with Angel and Selene). For the sake of better storytelling, I chose to decanonize Angel and Selene’s intro stories. Well, it didn’t sit well with me so I chose to decanonize all of them. After a bit, I just decided that they were a waste of space and removed them. Also, Marianna’s intro story was way too fucking out of character now that I think about it.
Note that I’ll probably reimagine Landon’s intro story as a chapter explaining his backstory, and Cassius’ could be used for a potential spin-off.
When Vetex starts working on his books, and if I’m still working on this series (be it the main story (just in case), spin-offs, prequels, and/or sequels (which are highly unlikely), I will continue unless I have to stop. This seems unnecessary now, but further down the line, it’ll probably become a concern.

I think that’s all I have to say. I’ll probably add a little more to the overview and that’s it.

So basically, I severely underestimated how many chapters I can get done in a week, so I am reconsidering my release schedule. Until then, it’ll continue as normal.
