Get it… dealer… like cards.
As it turns out, Conrad is the name of a renowned weapons dealer in the underworld, who usually hangs out somewhere in the Eastern Reaches on his shady little sailboat. You track him down and have a polite conversation with him.
Conversation with Conrad.
“Oh… one of your lot… again. Like I told the last four who came rushing here to ask me, yeah that dagger was mine. I sold it to a young Assassin upstart last year. Yeah I heard about the killin… terrible terrible thing, that knife should have been used for ceremonial purposes only. It clearly said on the box. Nice kid though… well, as nice as a murderer could be I s’pose. His name was poetic sort of… John… John something. Began with a K. Oh well, have a good one… unless you wannta buy of course, then be my guest.”
Conrad? I’ve read about this guy in a newspaper somewhere recently.
