you want to reduce the speed bonus not by half but 3 quarters
and you want to increase the damage penalties over double?
OK, so I’m really bad a math but aren’t you making this 90% weaker?
(speed goes down by 75%(25% of OG power). damage is decreased even more by 60% (25X(1-0.6)=10) (40% of OG power)
25%X40%=10% (90% weaker than OG power)
personally it needs a buff
im losing 20 damage for 0.2s more startup
