I mean, statistically, a lot of these options are significantly more probable than others. Over 70% of the human population has brown eyes, last I checked.

sure are

tho ngl I’ve never even met anyone who doesn’t have both so I would’ve assumed it was even more

yeah i’m definitely never getting my dream body/appearance :sob:

i just realized i’d need so much painful and straight up medically suicidal surgeries just to get what i want

Genuinely why? It’s a bit of a shock to most people due to predetermined views on everyone on the internet, but nobody is gonna hold it against it. It’s just who you are.

The only people who get their dream body are people who set the standards for it low. I would love to look like Broly, but that’d require so many surgeries and such an extreme amount of steroid use I’d be dead after 2 years. If I wanna exercise for my appearance and not use steroids; then I’m gonna look nothing like these supermodels or cartoon characters. You gotta realize that not everything is safely obtainable, and you gotta make attempts to accept what you’re given because in a lot of cases you’re forced to live with it so you gotta try and make due with it.

Simplest example I can give is sports, you can LOVE a sport like volleyball or basketball; you just have the most passion on any court you enter, and you improve at an impressive rate using this immense passion. If you’re short then all of that goes down the drain. In volleyball you can be a libero at least, but if you had dreams of any other position then womp womp you gotta make due with libero. Basketball at least has cases of some short people making it, but it’s extremely rare and you gotta limit yourself because you ain’t posterizing someone like Wembanyama at that height. You just gotta redirect your attention on that passion, you don’t have to completely throw it away, you just gotta shift your focus from playing in a specific way to playing in the best way for you or even becoming something like a coach where you can still surround yourself with the thing you love and spread it to others.

Tldr in AO terms; There are no prometheus acrimonies in real life, instead of trying to completely change your stat build, just change your armor stats so you enjoy it more.

tf is a libero

what stings me even more is that my dream body is actually obtainable by some and there’s a lucky soul out there walking around with my dream body, but who is that? idk and i’ll prolly never see him in my life.

also idk if i should still go on a long and painful journey of surgeries to get my dream body, when i prolly would still not want to be represented by it as archenhailor anyways

A position where the player is solely defending (no attacking, blocking, they have rules that limit their setting, and in some cases no serving), they sub in and out of the court for middle blockers mainly and they have their own special rules compared to other positions. If you watch a volleyball game then they’re the person with a different colored jersey than the others on their team.

Let that sting you, and then try to realize that there’s no point in caring about them. They could be living their best life or worst life in that body and it has no effect on you. They’re a made up thought in your head, or a random face in the crowd. You live every other moment of your life without their influence or the influence of that body. You don’t need that body to eat, you don’t need it to walk, you don’t need it to play games. It’s just there. A hopeful goal that everyone has, but not something you should actively hate yourself for not being.

Also what?

i don’t like my irl self that much anyways and i see archenhailor as my main or truer self

that’s objectively unhealthy and not a good way to cope with self-hatred.

i think i always was kinda like this even before this post existed

huh what? what shock?

here’s the question: did i even get to spend all my stat points at all? (no = objectively inferior body, such as those with missing limbs or life threatening genetic diseases)

I like to consider myself pretty lucky in terms of given body and body potential, even though I’m ugly as heck. The reason for that is that the beauty standard for people of my caliber is so unrealistically high that no human ever achieves it, so ignoring it is the only way to be happy.

No, you didn’t. Life’s not fair, and some people will have it objectively better than you. That’s an objective, immutable truth of reality.

And some people will have it so much worse that you don’t even want to think about how you’d manage as them.

My advice? Stop thinking as to what you could do with your body and start thinking as to what you can do with your mind. Last I checked, there are no inherit advantages in being a 6’8" killing machine in writing Flesh Armored Vanguards. Who you are takes precedence over what you are in matters of making something, and obsessing over what you could’ve been detracts from who you’re trying to be.
