it’s goofy since the weapon change worked for our TU files. nothing was wiped, nothing lost, everything was perfect. Idk what caused it to blow up in maingame
Well copy pasting code shouldn’t create glitches when you do it in the same game engine. So Vetex couldn’t have predicted that.
From now on I hope he will
I’m really glad to see that type of response, I wish you and the rest of the people included in this mess the best of luck.
The crucial thing about this is that there’s no data as to how many sunkens each player had, making the luck 2 for a week unbalanced as some people may not have the time or will to get their stuff back. This is setting aside that a 20% increase barely changes anything.
If anything I’d suggest changing the sunken pity rather than the luck 2 effect, though that is assuming vetex even wants to change it.
The backlash so far has been rather large, I’ve seen like 30 different gifs shitting on the update.
Again, best of luck.
what about all the other bugs though
and did nobody tell vetex the deck of the captain’s ship is way too dark for a fight with a boss wearing dark colored clothing? I couldn’t even see where the boss was half the time until they used their moves
if you can, can you guys give everyone a free stat reset so that warlords and warriors and anyone else who depended on weapons for their build to function can just respec their stat points into magic to at least be able to play the update? fighting the enemies in the nimbus sea with low level unenchanted weapons is impossible
we been discussing a stat reset too but idk if vetex would want to give one
Why did you unequip it!?!?! I’m assuming you were aware that the bug existed, so why!!!
There’s over 1k bug reports and Vetex hasn’t implemented any of them yet.
they rollback the place not datastore
this is data.
okay but then I have to fight that god forsaken boss again…
who decided to give the boss I-Frames during their strongest move…
Huh. Weird… Wonder what the hell I saw, then.
and I assume you could load the current DS and the backup DS and basically diff them and add all sunkens/exotics from the backup DS into latest DS (which is probally semi-easily scriptable)
crash got absolutely gutted and goes no where now, mages never had any mobility, weapons still have their cone-free tps and movement
It’s relatively easy to parry once you get the timing between the attacks down, plus you could just go to one end of the ship to avoid it.
But yeah, the move is pretty annoying and goes on for too long.
yeah my strategy for phase 2 was to stay ontop of the ship and take potshots with dual beams
not my clip
my thermofist crash still has pretty decent range
1-2 hours? ahahahahaha god please no,
it should be wayyyy longer at least 2-3 hour
