People change, they lose interests and gain new ones over time, and that is fine.
Sometimes you have to learn when to let people go.
This forum and adjacent Discord servers are similar:
- They attract young people
- People over 19 slowly leave to pursue other interests
- The populace of those above 21 is limited to staff and veterans, who don’t talk often to start with (the new, hot-blooded users are the active ones).
- Occasionally a ‘veteran’ may come back, because they regained interest in the game or because it received a big update.
Tl;dr wait for full release.
This is the second “dark age” of the forums. The first “dark age” happened before The Game Revamp ie. Arcane Odyssey. You can ask older members like Flare or ThatAsianInTheCorner and they will have fond memories of it, as the forums back then had a nice tight-knit atmosphere where everyone knew everyone.
