But you seem to think you’re going to “bring down” a game that averages LITERALLY A FUCKING MILLION ACTIVE PLAYERS with a small potatoes controversy and a bluesky post. There are probably more blox fruit players than bluesky users on the whole platform

Blox Fruits literally can’t die. It is built to waste your time, and it still had more than 400 thousand concurrent players( 600k on weekends) even DURING the update draught. Now? It’s coming close to 1.5 million active players.
If Blox Fruits is such a bad game, then why do people play it? The way I see it, Blox Fruits is a lot like Coca Cola. The vanilla of all sodas- something you would get whenever a store isn’t selling Root Beer or whatever other drink you would have gotten if they had it.
Blox Fruits checks all the boxes. Easy to play, pay to win opportunities at every corner, simple PVE gameplay with little to no real differences between all enemy NPCs other than appearance, and the illusion of freedom.
Just like StockSounds said. You can play Blox Fruits fruitless, but you’ll be effectively crippling yourself for the rest of the game. You can play Blox Fruits F2P only, but you can say goodbye to build diversity and hello to permanence. Also, goodluck getting mastery without the 2x gamepass.
To add to that, Roblox’s playerbase is admittedly shallow. That’s not really a bad thing, it just means everyone is only getting what they signed up for. Flashy visual effects with a sad excuse for a story (Seriously, just what is this Gamer_Robot Indra lore??) and a semblance of a PVE system. Atleast the PVP isn’t too different from Elemental Battlegrounds (though this is no longer the case with Dragon Reworks movestacking capabilities. It really has become P2W.)
So, yeah. Blox Fruits isn’t and probably won’t ever be cooked for a long time. Something much worse than Blox Fruits will have to come around to knock it off its high horse.
TL;DR: you get what you pay for.

And besides. If you’re gonna blame anyone, blame the youtubers making videos on Blox Fruits after their little legal hiccup. Enyu, Kit, etc. They are a big contributor to the success of the game, and so if they are promoting Blox Fruits, the kids will promote Blox Fruits.
Roblox is getting better at promoting a wider diversity of games than the braindead trash, thanks in part to the home page being the optimal place to find a game now.
The name change of that one page to “Charts” represents a much-deserved phasing-out of the “high number = good game” mindset.
The problem is, this only works for people who HAVE experience with Roblox, if you’re a new user then you get the same slop on the Home page, and Blox Fruits is the most obvious choice.
It’s good for business, but bad when everybody comes along above the age of 12 and says “ew” to every option.
I have been playing this sorry excuse of a game since the 3rd Update like the dumbass I was, so levelling was bearable because it was only a few levels every few months. I don’t understand the people who max several accounts, though. I don’t want to know how many hours I spent in it, and thankfully there is no way for me to know.
As someone who hasn’t played many quality games in their life, I found Blox Piece quite fun, especially since I had friends to play it with. There were puzzles, cool abilities and variety, a semblance of “exploration” as well. I think it blew up because of the Third Sea and the lockdown, since we can all agree it is one of the ultimate time wasters.
Overall, I just think I ruined a few months of my life playing it. I regret it so much

Since it is not a story game, you don’t have to know a lick of English to understand it as well. Mobile and console support are also a big thing.
This game is so worldwide, it’s crazy. I got folks back home in western Africa playing it on pretty old phones. No other Roblox Games really compare, I think. Even here in France, it’s not unusual to see a kid or two playing it in the subway
